The G9 lot was purchased this Spring. The new owners wanted to manage the build themselves, so purchased the plans from us and we introduced them to Ryan Taylor, the builder.
We have been watching with excitement as the home has been rising up from its foundation.
The final touches are being added and we’re expecting the finished home to be delivered in the next few weeks. We look forward to welcoming them to the neighborhood.
There are additional opportunities for the Uphill model on at least two additional lots at The Sanctuary.
Also take a look at the Downhill Model. We anticipate breaking ground to build this home early next spring.
