Our family purchased the failed development in the South Bowl of Snowshoe Mountain with a vision to revitalize the development and continue building the community. While we have encountered some challenges, we continue to learn, and our commitment to developing the South Bowl is unwavering. With the support of Snowshoe Mountain and Alterra, who share our vision for the potential in the area, we are excited for what lies ahead.
The next phase is in pre-development and we are aiming to break ground for the infrastructure work next summer. The Bear Run phase will be ski-out with homes ranging in size from 4 to 6 bedrooms, and 2,000-3,000 Sq Ft, one design with a garage, coming to market for next winter at price points from just below $750,000 to $1.9MM. The full scope of this phase extends to 30+ new homes coming to the neighborhood over the next few years.
